Neat product!

Question. So assume that I install this unit in a small apartment complex of(50) units.

Once the Power Line Adapter gets plugged in the Gateway is going to issue an IP Address right? Will the Gateway as an example prevent me in my apartment from seeing my neighbors network? Or will they need to be running either a soft or hard firewall?
