Product Returns for Other than DOA and Warranty
Customer's must contact NetLink for an Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to any equipment return. RMA's are void 30 days after issuance. Product returns within thirty (30) days of shipment are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. No returns will be accepted after thirty (30) days. If payment was made via credit card, your credit card will be credited the gross amount less the restocking fee and freight once the product has been received by NetLink complete with cables/cords and in the original boxes/packaging, and meets inspection. If you have an open account with NetLink, your account will be credited the gross amount less the restocking fee and freight once the product has been received by NetLink complete with cables/cords and in the original boxes/packaging, and meets inspection. The customer is responsible for the returning freight.
