TERMS ACCOUNT
If you wish to apply for a Terms Account go to Policies and select "Credit & Payment Terms", complete the form and fax it to 727-437-3171.
CREDIT CARDS
We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number that is the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon processing your order.
INTERNATIONAL
NetLink is pleased to conduct business Internationally. All International business transactions are managed via Wire Transfer. A NetLink Sales Manager will contact International customers to provide the appropriate Wire Transfer information to finalize the transaction and initiate shipment.
SHIPPING POLICY
NetLink Technologies will ship your product to you by the best method available for your specific needs.
Shipments within the US
For shipments within the US, you have the option of next day, second day, third day or ground shipping. Shipping charges are automatically calculated for you when placing an order.
Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight or dimensions of all the items in your order. Same Day Shipping is available on orders placed by 4:00 p.m. EST Mon - Fri, as long as the product is in stock at the time the order is received at the warehouse. NetLink Technologies does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Note: Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
International Shipments
All International business transactions are managed via Wire Transfer. NetLink will contact all International Customers to provide the Wire Transfer information needed to finalize the transaction and initiate shipment of the order.
Please Note:
- International Freight Charges are applied to the order as it is processed by NetLink.
- The customer is responsible to pay all duty, customs and/or brokerage fees incurred upon delivery. The customer's credit card will be charged without notice for unpaid duty, customs and/or brokerage fees.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Order Acceptance Policy: NetLink will provide order acceptance via e-mail within twenty four hours as long as an e-mail address is provided with the Purchase Order. Any deviations to your Purchase Order will be noted and your concurrence or non concurrence should be returned via e-mail. In order to protect the interests of our customer's, all orders placed over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
SERVICE AND SUPPORT
All requests for (pre and post sales) technical support should be made directly to NetLink. NetLink will provide on- line technical information on most products. In addition, NetLink's Risk-Free Refurb Offer includes:

Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser; at that time, title passes to purchaser upon receipt of payment. If goods herein are being purchased for export, purchaser must comply with US Federal export restrictions for technology products. In addition, manufacturer warranties for exported goods may vary or be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire.
