SkyConnector (outdoor) CPE reliably connects subscribers
to the mesh network. SkyPilot
SkyConnector CPE
provides an Ethernet drop to subscribers and connects to
the high-capacity wireless mesh network via a
directional 5 GHz link.
Wireless connectivity through long range (up to 7.5
miles/12km) links to the mesh network, and non-line of
sight (NLOS) connectivity through OFDM modulation (multipath),
high-power transmission (boring through trees) and
routing around obstacles via the mesh network are
supported.
SkyConnector outdoor CPE devices integrate per-user rate
control to allow different 'tiers of service' (e.g. 1
Mbps, 2 Mbps) and can also support QoS for latency
sensitive applications like VoIP and Video Surveillance.
